Track Incorporated, also known as CAT U.S. based company located in Peoria, Illinois. The company known as CAT is known worldwide as the largest manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas and industrial gas turbines.

Known and famous for its products in the tracks and the unique yellow paint, CAT produces a wide range of heavy equipment for all kinds of positions, including the Caterpillar D9 bulldozer very popular.

History

The story of CAT dates back to late 19th century, when Daniel Best and Benjamin Holt experimented with different ways to the promise steam tractors held for farm work to do. By 1925, the Holt family had pioneered track tractors and gasoline engines. After the company more efficient and Holt were merged, the company went through several changes after the end of the Second World War 2, which began to grow rapidly, launching the first company outside the country in 1950, indicated the early development of the cat in a large company.
